More Productive Meetings
How do you feel about the meetings you attend? How do others feel about meetings that you lead?
Every day, around the world, people attend millions of meetings. And many – maybe a majority – would describe meetings as among the top work-related time-wasters.
This does not have to be the case. Well-planned, well-run meetings can be productive and take less time than poorly-planned, poorly-conducted meetings. People can leave meetings with a sense of accomplishment, understanding what was decided and what actions are expected of them.
